Aquariums up to 20 gallons are allowed without a pet deposit. Aquariums over 20 gallons must provide a pet deposit and have proof of renter’s insurance. Specific animal, breed, size, number and weight restrictions and pet fee, pet rent and pet deposit requirements will not apply to qualified assistance and service animals.

Parking/Maintenance could be better

Cars are often parked in the no-parking areas which is understandble as residents wants vehicles close to their windows/doors for better security and lack of lighting. Most of the large LEDs form the sides of the building dont even work, making it very dark in certain areas at night, which increases suspicious activity that staff is already aware of and sends notices but does not address the non working building LEDs. This will increase for resident to respect no parkign areas and confidently utilize the proper parkign around the buildings.

Great Location

Pros: Friendly staff, no loud neighbors. cons: Non assigned parking is a let down. multiple cars in no parking areas make it unbearable to pull out of driveway. multiple cars per apartments. maintenance takes a while to go down the list. value was good but slowly crept up to equal higher cost apartments in the area but the amenities are lacking and do not compensate for the rise in rates. pool constantly closed, unkept gym machines.
