This apartment complex is probably one of the nicest ones I've lived at for as long as I can remember. Being military, I've moved a lot, and I would rank this as one of (if not the) top apartment complexes I've ever lived at. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, The maintenance crew jumps on your request quite quickly and does a great job taking care of issues. The noise is surprisingly quiet, even being close to the highway. The price is a little high, but that is to be expected now-a-days with inflation and just how rent compares to mortgages. Being next to the highway allows quick access to get to where you need to go, compared to living further in on Northpark or Kingwood Dr. Furthermore, not being deeper in Kingwood means you don't necessarily need to deal with the traffic on Northpark and/or Kingwood Dr often, unless you're heading the opposite way. Also, with this location being in between both streets, you are VERY close to the grocery store and other restaurants. This really is a great location. You get what you pay for, and at this location, you're paying for nice neighbors who respect not being loud, an actually decent gym and pool area, and a wonderful staff.

I've been here since October 2020 and everything has always been amazing, any time I need something done (Rarely) it gets completed within 24 hrs of my request. Maintenance and office staff are amazing and will always greet you with a smile. Perfect location in Kingwood in my opinion! 3 minutes away from my job and 10 minutes to either Deerbrook Mall or Valley Ranch shopping Center. This is the place I am happy to call my home and have recommended it to so many of my friends and coworkers that are looking to move to Kingwood. Keep up being amazing!

Place is okay, they rent the apartments as a luxury apartments. They are not luxury AT ALL. Please please please, check the apartment you are going to see. The they show is super different from the one you will get. The train is juts next to the apartments so you will hear it FOR SURE. Make sure your apartment is not in front of the dumpster, because is an extra loud noise. But honestly in the area is no like you will find something better.
