Very well kept. Landscapers and maintenance personnel are always present and friendly. Apartments living is convenient and cozy.

It's a little slice of heaven away from downtown Killeen and separated off to the side. Anything and everything needed is always so close in distance with pools gym and peace and quiet nearby never any need to leave the property unless you're going to go get groceries which is 10 minutes away

The noise levels due to the fire station being down the road makes it loud but it's to be expected. Maintenance is quick to come in and look at concerns. I've barely talked to the staff but they seemed to be just there. The apartment is beautiful and homey. The appliances can be the older or newer models. You'll pay more for the newer appliances though. The parking is alright depending what time you get home. I end up parking in guest spots after a certain time due to there being so many residents. Overall, I wouldn't say I am upset about anything, I wouldn't say I'm amazed and never see myself leaving.
