When I moved into the apartment in April 2022, it was great. My neighbors around me stated to me that they had been here for years on how caring the staff wad. Let's rewind to 2023 when new management took over. Everyone that stayed on the 2nd floor with me is no longer here. All of them stated when it was time to renew, they raise the rent 200 or more. I spoke to an old staff member and she as well movwd because yhey also raised her rent and tried to schedule her to work at the last minute when she put her leave in a while ago. This new lady is definitely greedy for money raising rent so high and the turnover rate is more than I ever seen it. I as well renewed my rent and had to call corporate becaise they did not send the paperwork back in a timely manner and she tried to go up even more because I hadn't it was the office's fault. I went today and ask can I get a temporary sticker for my other to paek in my spot because my car is in the shot. The apartment manager states i need to pull the sticker off the car that is in the shop when she could just right a temporary sticker. I tried to do that last time and it doeant come off and we are paying the money for that spot. She finally gave me one for 2 days and says you have to come in every 3 days to renew it which doean't make since. I paid for the spot already and o ly one car can park there at a time. It is a temporary tag and i just put my car in the shop, it will not be done in 2 days. If i dont renew i will ask for my remainding money back since the cars can't be interchangeable. I also ask if this is written somewhere and she couldn"t answer. We pay our money but has stipulation for them and not us is ridiculouse. Things happen out of your control and it shouldnt be hard for the staff to happen. All Soldiers, I wouldn't rent from them because right now the manager over Brookside is onlt after your money and not trying to work with you.

The pool was closed a lot last year, the security gate has been broke down a lot and currently down now. Parking if you don’t pay for a spot under the carport is very hard to an open spot.
