This property is cheap and you get what you pay for. The neighbors are loud. As a matter of fact the nieghborbdirectly next to me screams day and night at someone or something that isnt really there. Its scary to be outside after dark. The neighborhood isnt safe. The apartment is timy and dark. No light fixture in the living room which i thiught was weird considering the paint is dark dark brown. Its alright. But definitely not renting here again this is a stepping stone to get to somewhere better.

My apartment is way overpriced and considering the location, and the bad statistics online it should be way cheaper. But other than that and the maintenance actually coming out to help and getting ahold of someone that is supposed to take care of that department is very difficult. But now that i am able to voice my opinion on here and have a direct lone of communication with y’all hopefully it will get better.
