You pay $30/month for valet trash pick up and they only come twice per week if that many. Loud blaring music during after hours. Decrepid infrastructure.

Rent increases

The staff has been real good to me, my rent jump up from last month over a couple hundred dollars, this isn't a negative against anybody but it would've been helpful to know ahead for that big to better adjust for the future so rent will be made on time without issues
