I have to say that at first I was happy. Minor or "normal" things that happen at every apartment. Seeing cops occasionally, smelling weed, people not picking up after their pet, people letting pets off leash, noisy neighbors. I would say any of these are normal for any apartment complex. Although a little after my first month, I walk out of my apartment at 6:30 a.m. and SWAT and police were there. Police, I have seen at other communities, SWAT? Never! I cannot have my own personal style. Yes, my style is gothic/Victorian. I know it is different, but I do not display anything that is terrifying or disrespectful. I was told my door sign was a holiday decoration. I responded with it is not Halloween, but according to management the spider webs make it "holiday". I emailed asking if certain styles (that I like) were ok. We agreed and I was going to order, now I am afraid they will come back and say no or give me a lease violation. Because I received a lease violation for my patio. One of the things they noted was a black trash can. Pick up the pet waste and dispose of in this trash can. This is not "nice" enough for them and I need to purchase a bronze trash can from Amazon for $23.00. I think this is unreasonable, but I will just use the small pet waste bin provided by the community. Management expects you to pick up pet waste in your private yard the second it happens. As I spoke with assistant manager today, I was told that she brought this concern up with manager. She stated she told the manager what if you let the dogs out and you jump in shower. Manager stated that if they were to walk the pet, they would pick it up right then and there. I CLEAN THIS YARD DAILY! I get a lease violation for letting my dogs out at 6:30 a.m. and cleaning it up after I get home from work around 4 p.m.. I would suggest pet owners or people who don’t have a "normal" aesthetic look elsewhere. Yes, all apartments have issues. I have had more in 3 months than any other.

I just moved in recently. There are some tissues like the sink leakage but they solved it very quickly which is good. Right now I heard very loud noise in my bedroom which is like the air condition from the roof. I asked the staff and they take it very seriously. And maintenance checked it and make some adjustment which can work a bit better. But I can still here the noise. I will request the maintenance again and hope the problem can be fixed. I am glad that I chose this place and if the noise problem can be fixed, it's perfect and I would recommend this place strongly. I
