One of the greatest things about living here is the location. We absolutely love walking around Lake Carolyn, easy walk to so many restaurants, and events at Levy Plaza. Our apartment is spacious and quiet. We live on the top, so no upstairs neighbors. We face the courtyard pool which is beautiful at any time. Rarely are there people being loud. The pool is generally up and running with hardly any pool closures. Amenities open 24/7. The sky lounge is one of our favorite places to hang out when my family visits. We even got married there because it overlooks the lake and that's what we wanted.

Property is nice and well maintained. The hallways need to be vacuumed on a more regular basis but that about all I see.
