Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the property for its convenient location, close to work, shopping areas, and highways. They enjoy the townhome environment, the quiet neighborhood, and the courteous staff. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and residents benefit from amenities such as a pool, a gym with new equipment, and the convenience of an attached garage and in-unit washer and dryer. Many also value the regular communication from management.

Great location- Great staff

I’ve had a good experience here over the past year and a half. Nice staff, promt maintenance. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and everything you would need close by. Easy access to highways as well.

MAA Valley Ranch

The staff is extremely courteous in my opinion and maintenance requests get done in a timely manner. Management does send out weekly emails about the complex and it seems it's residences do not read them. Residents are extremely bad about following the rules; exp. leaving trash outside on the grass when it's not a trash pickup day and most residents do not pick up after their dogs. This is very annoying although we get weekly emails about these things. I really love the area and there's many stores and restaurants in the immediate area.
