It was a big surprise when I started looking for an apartment and I found that there are all kinds of charges added to the base rent. MAA had charges but they were reasonable and acceptable. The apartment is large and feels homey unlike most of the other apartments we looked at. The apartments are quiet and we are content to be here.

It was a pleasant experience, with everything working fine in our apartment. The front desk staff is friendly too and the maintenance help you out as soon as their available.
