This is one of the best communities in Las Colinas. I have no complaints. The team at the leasing center is amazing and they do go above and beyond for their residents. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done. I hope the team doesn't change at MAA Las Colinas.

Very convenient area close to hwy and stores. Can be a bit noisy from time to time, but the environment overall is safe, clean, and welcoming.

We have lived here almost 3 years, and have loved it! Fantastic area, easily the best maintenance man ever, Luis, and management has always been responsive. Having mail and packages inside is a plus, as well as the gym being accessible inside. The parking garages are fantastic, being able to drive up to your floor level covered, and not having to pay for parking, and the gym is very nice. It has been a pleasure living here overall. Will definitely miss it.
