Great Living

As my first residence I could not have found a better place to live than MAA Bella Casita. The building is quiet, well built and well maintained. Amenities are new and work well, and having wireless capabilities to control my thermostat and door are an added benefit for when I am away. A wonderful community with great amenities, and close to plenty of activities to where a car is not needed, something that is not easy to say living in DFW. I cannot speak any higher than what the staff in the office does to communicate with us and the maintenance staff that works tirelessly to update and improve upon the property. One of the greatest amenities that this property has is the amazing balconies and how large they are. Even the smallest on property are wonderfully sized and are basically an additional room. Great for when the weather isn't too hot or cold. If you're looking for your first home, look no further than here at MAA Bella Casita

Easiest Move-In Yet

Our experience from application to move-in was the easiest process I've been through thus far. Chelsea and Rashad were super helpful, stayed after hours to make sure we got a chance to tour, and were very attentive to concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend MAA Bella Casita for its stellar service, easy application and move-in, and friendly atmosphere!

So far it's great

We just moved in about two weeks ago. The staff here is spectacular! They have all made it so comfortable here and even know my dog. Parking is pretty good, just make sure your car is registered or your guests cars are registered. The lake is great and perfect for walking/excersicing.
