This community is very quiet and I have had no problems except mail boxes being broke into

So far the experience here is great and I have no complaints! Ms.Reddie Belendez is the most helpful consultant for apartment leasing, she is wonderful and had everything prepared for us on the move in day as well as helping us through the application process. This is by far a great place to live and management is on top of everything when it came to all of our questions and concerns.

I am a 4-year resident of Lexington and love it. The apartments are safe and comfortable, staff is helpful and kind, and the location to major highways and lovely nature trails can't be beat. I feel like you get your money's worth from living here. I highly recommend this beautiful complex for your home.

I really like living here. It is quiet and well maintained.

I just moved in at the end of July 2023. The staff is amazing. I was sad to hear that the property manager no longer works here. They were accommodating when we applied, moved in, and when I placed work orders. They also worked with me when I left my keys in a friend's car after taking my car to the dealership. The downsides I see are there aren't enough parking garages on site, only 1 dumpster on site, the cabinetry is outdated, and the units do not have washers and dryers. They only have the washer and dryer hookups and closet. If you compare it to neighboring complexes they either come with a washer and dryer or their rent is cheaper if they do not provide washer and dryers in the unit. Some people were allowed to rent multiple garages which prevent others from having 1. Some people are using the garages as strictly storage. I wish they had at least 2 dumpsters on the property to prevent some residents from having to trek across the property on days that the Valet Trash isn't running. I wonder when they plan on updating the cabinetry. The property is clean, the maintenance staff is amazing, and for the complex to be 16 years old the upkeep of the apartments is good. It is a quiet complex. There is open parking with the option to pay for a carport space. Guests do not need to register or park in specific parking. They have an on-property small gym and pool that is connected to the Leasing office and have cameras in the gym.

Good overall better place to leave.......
