We do have a dog park, but do not allow aggressive breeds such as but not limited to: Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American Stafford Terrier, Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Bulldog and mixed breeds with aggressive tendencies. Additional restrictions may apply and no pets over 30 lbs are allowed. Service animals may require a letter from a medical provider and a certificate. Please contact us for complete pet policy details and restrictions.

Was concerned about moving into an apartment after owning 2 homes for 50 years. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay... quiet, well run; amenities I wish I had when I was still working & closed to all of my needs, including Dart.

All of the categories, except parking, maintenance and noise, received 5-star ratings. However, these ratings are do not reflect on the staff, but is due to some of the tenants' behavior & their disrespect for this beautiful property Since we do not have any other mechanism for this other than having givng feed to the management, I wanted to address this in writing. I don't know how our limited maintenance staff handles it all when they immediately respond when I have a maintenence problem. Some tenants also drive in both lanes in the parking lot, especially when leaving and drive too fast. You cannot do anything about the outside traffic noise, especially after 1:00 a.m.I just wanted you to be aware of the reasons I rated it lower.

The apartments are close to dart station. There is no noise in the building. Maintenance team is amazing and very efficient!
