I am not a fan of the new parking where you have to register a guest or else they will be towed.

RPM took over abruptly and has not provided any communication on processes. They only make sure that you can pay rent but if you need maintenance, they act like it is your problem not theirs. They failed to communicate on their processes to the residents , failed to even introduce themselves. Had i know they would take over the property, i would not have signed here. If a resident comes in to ask for help, they act like its an inconvenience to them to help their residents, and the residents should know everything. They will pass items off to other colleagues instead of owning a process themself.
