for what its worth

moved here in july of 2022. Our primary reason is to be near grandchilderen, which we are (about 30 minute walk from here). We've had no bad experiences. We are disappointed that the bar-b-q grills are usually out of fuel. Little wonder since they are so few in number and are shared with so many people,

Not worth the price

I was excited when i first moved in. The staff they had were amazing. The new staff not so much. There’s no enforcement of people being responsible for picking up behind their dogs. It’s disgusting to see fog feces everywhere. There’s garbage thrown around the property and people smoking weed in their apartments. The smell comes through my wall. I hate it. Also I wish you would not have used flat paint. It comes off when you clean.Needless to say I will not renew my lease. These apartments are not worth the money they are asking.

moved here in july of 2022. when site was about half full. chose this place due to how close it is to our relatives. Love the pool, but not the grills, as the management rarely replaces the empty propane tanks. making them useless. Since private grills are forbidden, there is not much alternative if you want to cook outdoors. The rooms are large, but that fosters noise reverberations from units above yours.
