Don't have enough characters to type what I want, but do not lease. This place ignored a months worth of maintenance requests for potential mold growth at first then ignored two visible signs of mold. They did not check on us until I called the following day after the second request at 3 pm. And yes, both maintenance and the office are suppose to check the requests every day. They put my family at risk for mold exposure and gaslighted me when I had visual proof of everything. It wasn't until I contacted the general manager that they finally started to act like they cared. There were plenty of other issues that we came across but this is the most important.

Morgan and Lesly have turned this complex into a community which teally makes this place feel like home. We have been here almost 3 years and things have only gotten better in the time we’ve been here. ??

moved here in july of 2022. Our primary reason is to be near grandchilderen, which we are (about 30 minute walk from here). We've had no bad experiences. We are disappointed that the bar-b-q grills are usually out of fuel. Little wonder since they are so few in number and are shared with so many people,

No one is picking up they pet. Lobbys need more attention

I was excited when i first moved in. The staff they had were amazing. The new staff not so much. There’s no enforcement of people being responsible for picking up behind their dogs. It’s disgusting to see fog feces everywhere. There’s garbage thrown around the property and people smoking weed in their apartments. The smell comes through my wall. I hate it. Also I wish you would not have used flat paint. It comes off when you clean.Needless to say I will not renew my lease. These apartments are not worth the money they are asking.
