Too many price hikes
The new ownership has been increasing rental prices, seemingly forcing people to move out. Then they do half measure renovations to the empty unit to justify the price hike. We don't have a community gym, or laundry room, we don't even have water meters for the units, but our water prices will unilaterally and unfairly increase, plus we don't have many of the standard amenities that would justify the price hikes. At least maintenance is quick to respond.
