A decent atmosphere here at ranch at City park

It’s mostly peaceful besides a few vehicles being broken into periodically. Nice neighbors and clean property! Some of the apartments could used renovations. Overall I’d rank it an 8 on a scale of 1-10.

Some issues with security

I have been living here for 3 months. Issues with gate and people breaking into cars. No security at night. Pool is almost always closed and never cleaned. Maintenance people are good and take 2-3 days to check but fix quickly.
