Beautiful apartment with poor maintenance.

The apartment is one of the most beautiful apartments in the area, if not the most beautiful. Unfortunately, the workers are inexperienced. They have low to no maintenance and never keep up with appointments.

New Apartment with construction failure

Beautiful apartments. I just wish my apartment was all the way together. I had a flood of water come into my guest bathroom from another apartment only after a few days of moving in, my toliet doesn’t flush in my master bedroom, & my tub is not leveled correctly one side of the bathtub sink in while trying to shower. Now I’m also concerned about the mold that’s growing from the flood of water that flooded my guest bathroom.. I need someone to come and remove the mold...
