Deceptive
I was scheduled to move in 8/21 and I was informed that my spot was not ready yet. It had not been cleaned. First of all the apartment complexes look absolutely nothing like the website photo. The buildings are colored a drab government grey. The pool area is nowhere near as spacious as the website photos and the kickerillo mischer preserve is 1.5 miles off the property. I have taken photos of the property but don't think it's possible to upload them here. Some of the apartments have miniblinds that are bent and badly destroyed but still hanging in the window, like an abandoned home. Jones Rd. which runs right along the side of the property is where hot shot drivers park their trailers, and several semi- trucks are parked and there is one homeless hovel constructed right outside the exit to that road. The property is dated and in need of some numerous updates and cosmetic changes. Keep in mind the maintenance crew are very nice people, but they stay extremely busy because of the condition of the property. Review to be continued
I Have Loved My Apartment
Besides the noise from Jones, the apartment is quiet. Neighbors are friendly and pleasant to live around. For the price my 1 bedroom w/sunroom (practically 2 bedrooms) is very generous in sqft and how the space is used in the floorplan. The gym is fantastic!! The pool and outdoor area /grill area is quite nice as well! Do Recommend!!!
I have been disappointed here.
Very loud neighbors also had to water leaks come down my walls and knowone has come fix them.
Comfortable Here
I enjoy the layout of my apartment. I don't mind going up three flights of stairs and getting some exercise. Haven't used the pool or the outdoor cooked area but the gym is fantastic. I haven't had any issue with work orders. And the resident portal is very convenient for making payments and sending out any community alerts.
It's fine
Not enough guest parking. Since spots don't come with units, many people don't pay extra to have a reserved spot, and then take the guest parking leaving nowhere for guests to park. Connect bundle is nice. Lots of problems with people having their dogs off leash and noisy neighbors, but that's not something management can control. Value isn't great overall.
