Review

Swimming pool has not been available since early September. Waiting on light bulbs for outside lanterns for months, which makes property very dark . Landscapers are spending all their time blowing leaves and dust, instead of ever cleaning stairs. Staff is friendly and doing their best!

Apts have steadily gone downhill in my 4 years

I've lived here for 4 years. I love the location. However, the grounds are steadily getting worse. Even after many complaints, most of the lightbulbs that have been out for months on the grounds are still out. The pedestrian gate was out at least 6 weeks before being fixed only after I contacted corporate. I am very concerned about the security issues here with lights out & security gates out often, I don't feel safe. The office staff doesn't communicate very well. Very rarely do we get emails with updates around the community. I had left several messages for the office with no call back. When finally reaching a staff member, I was told they don't know how to retrieve the messages. All I'm asking for is security, communication & for maintenance to be done. Seems to be basic customer service.

Honestly, this place is kind of a mess. The dog poop everywhere, especially by apartments 5 and 6 is ridiculous. People will leave the bag of poop open and flies are everywhere. I have been severely disappointed in the constant change of management, but am hopeful for the new crew that came in. It’s honestly not even management’s fault, the company seems to not care at all about its residents or it’s properties. There are cars in the parking garage that are abandoned and no one seems to care.
