New Resident

New resident as of the beginning of 2022, decent everything. Only downside so far is since I live on the first floor, and there is minimal exterior with the second floor, my entrance way and patio areas get super soggy whenever the weather is wet. I.e., balconies above have wooden boards which have clearance for their balcony floor (my overhead over) to trickle droplets of water. Not to mention every inch of my first floor patio gets soaked, I would have to relocate my items inside.
