I recommend the location if you work outside the city. The complex can get noisy since it is on W. Gray. Access to the amenities when the office staff are not on site is difficult.

Two lifts per the amount of renters are not enough. Also, once they are down it took too much time (see the second lift broken for more than 1 month). Finally, the garage has been broken for more then 2 months, so for me this is too much.
