We've lived here since the end of October, 2023. We relocated from PA to TX in 2014 and this is the first place that feels like home. We previously lived in large complexes in McKinney and Prosper and this is by far the best and most reasonable. The apartment layout is perfect and the kitchen is the biggest one. Can't say enough good things about how great both James and Scott are. They take a personal interest in the residents. This is more like a neighborhood than what we've had before. Great job, Bear Creek! We hope to be here many years to come.
