Great place to live.

We have lived here for almost two years and have not had one problem or concerned. The location is right near the highway which is a plus, and we're surrounded by all the great stores. I also enjoy my evening walks because the neighborhood is beautiful anf the apartment complex is peaceful.

Beautiful & Convenient

I've lived here for little over a year and have not experienced a problem that wasn't handled almost immediatly. The community are generous. Love how it's family oriented, and talk about the location? Near schools, near my favorite stores, and around places to eat, not to mention near a movie theater. I wake up and my kids and I love taking our morning walks around. It's peaceful.

Beautiful and Peaceful

From the monent my lady and I walked on the property. We were blown away by it’s beauty. The process with Rachel and Diamond was nice and smooth. We are very happy with our 2 bed apartment. Was able to secure 1garage and 1 car port. We are excited to be part of the MAA Grand Courtyards community.
