It's a mess,

At the beginning with the previous administration eas fantastic. When Valiant took over it was a disaster. They never clean the halls, they take forever do fill an order. Staffs comes and goes, Karina and Priscilla do their best, but I guess their hands are tied to be able to change many things that need to be changed. A su.ple request to change a barhroom sink that looks like a very very old toilet. Rusted and stain when we moved in couldn't be replaced. Maintenance didn't clean the apartment, we had to do it. They left the old toilet seats and i had to change them and that's only the beginning. But I will leave it there.

Longest Tenant Here

I moved into the Landings of Carrier Parkway in SEP 2005 which makes next month my 16 year anniversary. After having lived in far too many poorly managed complexes, LOCP was a god-send. Sometimes I want to keep all the great aspects about it to myself like my own little prized secret gem - However it takes good people to make a community. The hope is to attract more like-minded people that want quiet, well maintained property, assigned parking, caring, responsive management, prompt repairs and more. I believe I'm now the longest tenant here and can honestly say I've only ever run into 3 incidents with a neighborhood that I had to involve management. Once around 2008, once around 2012, and other time was today. Manager promptly handled the situations fairly and professionally for all involved and never had a problem again. They're very protective of our property and care about the happiness and safety of us, the tenants. They don't tolerate rulebreakers. They're fair and will work with you if you act right and in good faith. Today I was esp. pleased with how our management handled a misunderstanding. She quickly addressed it and made sure concerns were resolved. Again after so many other landlords elsewhere in the past, it's amazing and refreshing to have management that responds appropriately. I've often thought about buying a home, but LOCP works hard to keep rent prices fair, they take care of repairs immediately, and the grounds are maintained on regular schedule. It's hard to walk away from such excellent living. The community does rely on good people doing the right thing which we're fortunate to have here at The Landings. Management also plays a key role in keeping the harmony.

Haven't moved in yet but I am extremely excited to

I lived here 2 years ago and found that it was the biggest mistake leaving. The new people working in the office are amazing. Priscilla is nice and answers all my questions and keeps me informed. I hope to call this home
