Management

When we first found the place it was great got treated just great from one of the personal once in they have a manager that is useless won’t even try to help I am still waiting for her help on an issue that I have not once has she bother to try to help has an attitude about things they brought in another person that sounds like she’s just like her useless when I went to her the only thing she could say have u talked to the manager if it wasn’t the manager that put a notice on my door. Out of all the people working in that office theirs only one person that goes out of her way to help people. Thank u luckie! U would think that with personal quicking they would look at management.

Rent is too high to have these old fixers and little refrigerators. There is no parks available. The nit looks nothing like the model apartment I was showed. Maintenance guys are lazy. Hallways are filled with trash and very dusty. No one ever power washed put building. The vent filters never get changed. And always trash outside of the dumpster.

Could be better

Living here has been okay and I've been here for 1 year and a half. I do feel like things have changed in the past few months. I've had so many maintenance problems and unnecessary charges to my account. There is some noise problems here and there. Cleanliness of the overall complex could be better and I'm not sure if there is new staff members or what but it is really hard to talk to someone by phone and of course no one calls me back. It has been non stop miscommunication about literally everything so yes I do believe much improvement is needed especially if rent is going to keep going up.
