The main office personnel have a "it's business" personality. I did not feel the hospitality as I usually do when I view and/or move to other properties. The concept of lease homes is good, but the structure of how the apartments are situated is not as great.
I am new to the community and have been satisfied since the day i came in to inquire about the property and rent cost. Ashley was my God send, she went above and beyond in insuring that I understood how and where i stood with my application and move in process. I was so nervous about my application and application requirements but was reassured that everything looked great. When she gave me the call i almost cried over the phone. I fell in love with the property since the day i came to check it out and take great pride in calling this community home. The office staff are so nice and the upkeep of the property is top tier. Avilla Heritage is my home and im truly a happy resident here.
