Problems with sandalwood

with the company being cheap, and our leasing consultant being a new person, trying to figure out things. It is hard for her to figure out who is going against the rules and who is not. Corporate needs to stop being stingy and send up a second maintenance person to work this property, because tony cannot do it all himself. This is not fair, nor is it right that we have to wait forever in a day to get something fixed, because cooperate wants to pinch pennies. When it comes to the safety of the residents, and its on site staff. There are certain issues that need a professional approach, such as a plumber or an AC tech, however, the local companies around here, appear to be so busy, that they don't have someone around when we need them the most! We have 5 people living in one apartment, and they take up a lot of room in the parking lot where no one is able to park their cars. We have another single male that has 2 cars and a motorcycle, that is taking up a lot of parking spots. Plus i have a noise problem with a tenant who should have been booted out a long time ago. There are people doing underhanded stuff on both the corporate side and tenants within this apartment complex, and corporate needs to do something about this nonsense. If corporate expects for their tenants to be content and safe with where they live, they need to do something about reinforcing the rules, according to the state of Texas, and the guidelines set up by Texas Landlord Tenant Law!

Rolling Oaks Apartments

Great place to call home. Awesome manager who sees to everyone's needs very efficiently. Great maintenance manager who takes care of all residents. Quiet, clean, friendly community. It is also safe and pleasant for singles and families. I highly recommend Rolling Oaks apartments.
