Matience is not being done. when you put a matience request in. it take months for anything to be done. you get a lot of excuses why things can't get fixed. Done. Its like your getting taken advantage of. Getting the run around. Instead of matience just getting the job done. Just getting it fixed. Just getting new things. Landlord doesn't communicate. Doesn't response to emails. Or phone calls. Doesn't send paper in advance about rent going up.

Its no luxury apartment, and you'll go through apartment managers like crazy, and no ones ever in the office, but Joe is great! He's the maintenence guy, and he seems to be the only one that sticks around and helps. Also affordable. At least until they start their rent increases on you. Were very flexible with rent during the pandemic, and even after when we were struggling to get our finances in order.

I have only lived here for a few months but never had any issues. Can be noisy at times, but that is apartment life. Pretty nice apartments especially for the price. Maintenance is amazing.
