I have been here 1 year and i have to say i love this place. I feel safe and secured. Chanell has been always on top of my needs. She has your best interest in mind and always goes above and beyond to help. The few times i had to submit a maintenance claim within minutes Luis has come by my apartment to resolve it the same day. My air conditioning went out and he brought me a window unit and before working hours next morning got a new unit working. I have nothing but goid things to say about living here. Thank you for such an experience.

I've lived at the Marquis at Stonebriar for 10 months. The apartments are lovely with their wood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful views, and ample storage. The staff is very kind and attentive and the location couldn't be more convenient.

Marquis at Stonebriar it's a special place to live. It has really good amenities + multiple green areas. The office and club house are clean and the staff has been very friendly.

My experience so far has been great. The staff is always friendly and take good care of you. Maintenance is pretty fast. Calet trash even though is a good idea on the other hand is not so. There are some tenants that never get their trash bins in. They are always in front of the apartment. Other than that love it.
