I have been here 1 year and i have to say i love this place. I feel safe and secured. Chanell has been always on top of my needs. She has your best interest in mind and always goes above and beyond to help. The few times i had to submit a maintenance claim within minutes Luis has come by my apartment to resolve it the same day. My air conditioning went out and he brought me a window unit and before working hours next morning got a new unit working. I have nothing but goid things to say about living here. Thank you for such an experience.

Everything is good here except no play area for Kids and after lease extending the for a month or two is super expensive. CWS needs to consider extending for the same rent for the existing tenant,
