Lucia has been an ideal location for work and the gym. The first 2months of living my car was broken into in the gated garage and how the staff responded to the issue (nothing was done) was disheartening. I didnt want to renew but its been close and ideal for work. The gym is what attracted me butbafter the first year things began to break down and response was very slow to fix. For the most part the commhnity is quiet. Because residents let their dogs pee and poop on the turf the property smells and trash litters the pond. The next unit i moved to had a beey loud water heater which i wasnt told about. The only reason i renewed a second time is because i was able to negotiate for the trouble. I moved because the first unit stunk by the pool with all the smelly turf. A unit faving the street was better but it still smells in front of units where theres dog poop.

There has been minor inconviences but that comes with any apartment. The staff has been willing tohelp and easy to work with. Great location!
