Walkability in the Suburbs

If you're looking for walkability, this is the place to live at. Its right in the square but at the edge of the square so you'll still get some quiet but you are still very close to everything Frisco Square and Downtown Frisco has to offer. The apartment layouts are spacious and have a nice open layout. The walls are thin though. The complex is pretty clean and well maintained. Overalls its a good place to live if you're looking to be walking distance to a lot of eateries or a quick drive down to HEB.

Living At Berkshire Pullman in Frisco Square

My daughter and I relocated from Miami and we wanted an apartment where not only did we felt safe but offered all the amenities we needed. Berkshire did that for us. The entire staff was very welcoming on our first visit and we knew this was going to be our home. We love the amenities of having a meeting / conference space as I work from home; plus the fact that I could print for free if needed - Bonus! Best of all, there was no more drive to a gym as there was one right downstairs which is an additional plus. Did I mention they have free Starbuck in the leasing office!! Besides all the above, there is a salt water pool with Bali Beds and Lounges like hotel style which we love! If you have a furry friends, there is a dog washing station and a mini dog park area as well! One of the coolest things about living here, you are right in Frisco Square with lots of activities in walking distance ( no worries about where to park) and the school district is excellent. We love living here until our forever home is ready for us to move in!
