Really great staff, very welcoming team!

Quite and peaceful complex . I love that neighbors aren't a bother . Everyone is nice and usually speaks to say hello in passing . Very clean and well kept .

Quiet and Clean

I moved from Legacy West. It was so noisy and a lot if light pollution. This place is great. It is close to the highway but quiet. Its a smaller community and i have met quite a few of the residents here. They are wonderful people. I can also open the gate from my apartment with the app which is convenient.

Staff & Amenities

I am disappointed in the way the staff interacts with the tenants. I have experienced disrespectful attitude to me personally and I have seen it happen to other tenants as well. I originally signed a lease in a gated community. The complex gate has been inoperable for several months and with the increased rent rate and the add on for trash valet, that was not requested is a bit unfair and falsely advertised.

Rent is very expensive

Everything is 5 star here, I’ve been living here for awhile, everone is very nice, no problem’s at all. But the last years rent going up $300.00 was very shocking! To my purse! And still is . Over all wonderful Apartments!
