Totally worth it as long as rent doesn't increase

Living here is very hit or miss. The amenities are great when they work. Things seem to be slowly falling apart and it's a shame. Valet Trash is literally trash... They never pick anything up, and they take the most ridiculous holidays (Halloween?!?!). Javier is hands down the best maintenance man around and deserves a raise. Overall a great place, but it could use a little extra care.

Overall Quality

I think there are great things that this apartment complex offers, including amenities and overall nice apartment interiors. There are a lot of things that need matinence and even cleaning, including the hallways and elevators. Also the community smokes and leaves this place trashed. Staff needs to be checking on all buildings daily to ensure any community trash/mess does not fall on the responsibility of the responsible residents. thanks!
