I want to give a big thank-you to the front office staff, Nina and Chelsea, and the maintenance team for their outstanding service. I travel quite often, and recently, a package was delivered on a Sunday by FedEx and left on the floor instead of being placed in a secure mailroom box. I was a bit concerned, but thanks to Chelsea’s attentiveness, my package was safely placed inside a locker shortly after. Nina is always available whenever a problem arises, and if she doesn’t have an answer right away, she always follows up with a solution, just as promised. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for their quick response times, professionalism, and for always respecting my property when completing repairs while I’m away. They consistently get the job done right. " Above and Beyond" Overall, I truly appreciate the care and attention this team puts into maintaining a comfortable and secure living environment. Highly recommend!

Love Gateway Pines

Love the office staff, Manager goes out of her way to assist, only issue time to get repairs completed and I was informed no smoking community so I walk to nearby fountain to smoke, but maintenance smokes on property and cart.
