I've enjoyed this property for the past year and a half. The owners and property manager have been very responsive and attentive to our family.

The property management company is attentive to my needs and concerns, however, they seemed to be short staffed for this area because it does take weeks sometimes before I receive a response. Upon moving into the home, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The owner ensured the management company of one thing and apparently used their own cleaning crew, but upon further review, the carpet was filthy, poor touch up paint jobs were performed and the furnace filters looked like they had never been changed, just to name a few things. When I brought the carpet to their attention, I was left to pay for cleaning on my own. With the amount I pay in rent each month, not including move in charges, I expected more. We were left to search for the mailbox clusters on our own, we had to research how to reprogram the front door lock panel and we do not have access to certain utilities because they still go through the owner.
