I've lived here for about 3 years. Management works with you pretty well. Noise volume seems to a minimum. Parking is great usually. Maintenance is pretty swift. The location works for my situation! Rent prices keep going up each year which is making it a bit pricy for living here but still enjoy my time here!

I like this neighborhood because of its convenient location near parks and markets and its clean and well-maintained environment. However, the noise from the road is quite loud, and the apartments do not have sufficient soundproofing.

We have lived here for 8 years and the staff is always quick to answer any questions we may need help with. Its a quite community with easy access to restaurants, shopping or entertainment. The thing we live the most is our fireplace. Not many apartments include fireplaces. Also, since they are older apartments we feel like they are built better and not as easy to hear your neighbors. Although not sound proof they are better than newer constructed apartments. We have always felt very safe & peaceful here. Check it out!!!

I moved into the apartment complex back in 2000 when it opened brand new 23 years ago. The complex is a good size not to big not to small,and easy access to every thing on the grounds. The location is fantastic, again very close to all the amenities of all four directions. It's nice to see that the landscaping is starting to take a better look and a lot more to do for darn sure. It's not like what it was years ago. Hopefully going forward that will change and not let it get so forgotten about on the visual side of it.
