I have lived here a few years. I love the fact that its only 2 stories, its a smaller complex with lots of trees and is really pretty. The yard space is amazing- the drainage isnt perfect, when it rains its more of a pond than a yard. The number 1 issue I have is the extremely limited covered parking spaces. They really need tk install more covered parking, they have the space to do it. I don’t think covered parking should be an extra fee but even if they had it- theres nothing close to my apartment. Please!! Install more covered parking!! The rent has gone up so much in the last 5 years, this ammenity should be a no brainer with Texas hail, Texas heat, and the weird Texas winters!

I hated leaving my apartment. It was perfect for empty nesters like my husband and me. I cannot say enough great things about the staff in the office and the maintenance team. It was well maintained, the neighbors were all great and friendly, and the office would have great resident activities! It was a great place to live!

I have lived here a little over a year and feel at home. The apartments are older and things like crown molding and fireplaces add warmth. New apartments I’ve looked at are all the same and very sterile. The staff here, both office and maintenace are the best - friendly, helpful and trustworthy, and mainteance is done in such a timely manner. The rent here is reasonable compared to so many other places in Flower Mound.
