Going downhill
When I initially moved to Riverside Park, it was under another management conpany that was wonderful. Rougjly a year in, the management conoany switched twice and now there is only ine manager named Shay that is not a good match for this neighborhood. They reduced guest parking to 6 spots only, enforced towing, do not keep up woth ground maintenance and are not available on the Saturday’s. They promote “boutique living” but it is fat from that.
