Great Leasing Office and Staff!

Moving to Sorrel in May 2024 proved to be one of our best decisions as renters! The location is beautiful, the maintenance response is immediate and friendly with a "while I'm here is there anything else" question! The information flow from the office is always timely and keep us abreast of property issues and plans to implement changes with best plans for all residents. A recent visit to Nebraska found us stranded in an ice storm with a notice from PetSmart that our cat was not responding well to kenneling. Our emergency contact was notified and picked up the cat however, they had to leave town as well! Charlie at the leasing office arranged to let our friend into the townhome, saying she has cats and would be happy to check in and make sure our girl was eating and drinking. Her exact words were "no worries, I'd love to help"! It's more than staff, it is luxury customer service building relationships with residents! Keaton and the staff make opening the office door a visit with friends who care about our living experience here. If you are looking for a new 'HOME' turn in off Texas 5 at Sorrel and meet some really great people.

Review sorrel Fairview

It is quiet and nice view. Location is convenient for food and groceries. Thd extra fee for valet trash is not worth it especially you are single renter since not much trash.
