I am new to move in but the whole move in process wsas fast, smooth and successful! Mrs. Robyn was patient with me knowing I had a few days to move in with short notice of relocation for my flight training school at the U.S. Aviation Academy. She is truly amazing. The homes feel like home not an apt. Very beautiful. This is a place you can truly call home. God bless.

We have been living here for 6 months now. At first, parking was amazing. Now that other residents have moved in and their guests come over, it is VERY difficult to find parking. Every night, my housemates and I have to park around the corner, rather than the strip of parking that is in front of our unit.

Yardhomes Parkside is a nice place to live. The only issue is the internet service. You are locked into using Spectrum Internet and it goes down on a regular basis. This is something that truly needs to be fixed.

We recently moved out of Yard Homes after living there for about a year, and we were surprised to see a high move-out charge, particularly for carpet replacement and related items. We had returned the home in the same condition as when we moved in at the start of our lease, and we took care to maintain it well throughout our stay.
