I've lived here about 6 months. David and Jeff are friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any issues. The apartments are older and nicely remodeled. Nice place to live, close to the major highways and shopping center within walking distance. Overall a quiet neighborhood. The only improvement to the apartment itself would be upsizing the HVAC as the kitchen side where the washer/dryer are located gets stifling hot and the air conditioning doesn't quite reach that side.

It has been very pleasant and comfortable living here. It is near lots of great spots and is always easy to find parking near my unit.

We love this place and are happy to call it home. The current construction and lack of parking is a bit frustrating but we are happy with our home. Hoping the pool stays open longer since it took so long to open!

I absolutely love Greenway Patio Townhomes, so of course I jumped to do a review when I logged in this morning. My husband and I found this place when we first moved to Denton and this is our second year living here. We have been very comfortable here as far as our apartment goes, it’s perfect for our family and pets. We have had nothing but positivity from our neighbors and feel safe here. David, the office manager is amazing. He isn’t just a paid staff member, he truly makes this place feel like home. He has helped our family in more ways than I have fingers and we are truly grateful to have an office manager who is a compassionate human being. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. We are conveniently located behind Rayzor Ranch Shopping center and have everything at our disposal. Did I mention this place is pet friendly? They really work with you and not just to get you into the lease, if you need something, they got you. I’m very happy to call Greenway Patio Townhomes my home!
