Great place to live, great staff, great maint team. If I have a maint issue or any concerns the office staff jumps right on it. You can always count on their teams, gives you a good feeling to know you are taken care off quickly. They have many food companies providing great food, I don’t know of any other Rental properties that go to this extent. Thank you for a great place to live.

When and why did the wash and dyer use go up ? To begin with it’s the , washers are weak, not even up to date commercial heavy duty level. To go up on cost without notice wasn’t proper procedure. From what I see this complex ALWAYS has a water issue . I get it . But why did the wash and dry units go up ? The machines didn’t get any better !! Sometimes I think well maybe I didn’t add soap! Then I go back and realize I did, and sometimes added more . If our complex as a company raised the money / cost on the owner of these machines please allow us to know . $3.00 a wash with current equipment isn’t acceptable! And that’s because I have small loads. Communication is key ! What happened with the entire wash dry situation and cost going up without notice .

I submitted a maintenance request and came home to so much water on the floor and on the floor of MY CLOSET as well as all my belonging placed partially in my bathtub? and around my bath room sink. I’m not sure if I’d wanna submit another maintenance request again if I have to come home to this.

New to the community, however, thus far my experience is positive, from the beginning process of the rental application to the approval, Savannah was welcoming and helpful, she is surely an asset to the community at chandler mills. Upon moving in, I did have a few minor maintenance work orders, which were taken care of immediately. maintenance staff Taylor and Lupe were genuinely kind, and professional, and every one of my concerns was addressed and fixed promptly. Definitely satisfied with my decision to move here. I can definitely see myself here for awhile.
