Great place to live, great staff, great maint team. If I have a maint issue or any concerns the office staff jumps right on it. You can always count on their teams, gives you a good feeling to know you are taken care off quickly. They have many food companies providing great food, I don’t know of any other Rental properties that go to this extent. Thank you for a great place to live.

I enjoy being here close to many grocery places and businesses. I just don't care for traffic on Airline Rd. at certain hours, very dangerous.

When and why did the wash and dyer use go up ? To begin with it’s the , washers are weak, not even up to date commercial heavy duty level. To go up on cost without notice wasn’t proper procedure. From what I see this complex ALWAYS has a water issue . I get it . But why did the wash and dry units go up ? The machines didn’t get any better !! Sometimes I think well maybe I didn’t add soap! Then I go back and realize I did, and sometimes added more . If our complex as a company raised the money / cost on the owner of these machines please allow us to know . $3.00 a wash with current equipment isn’t acceptable! And that’s because I have small loads. Communication is key ! What happened with the entire wash dry situation and cost going up without notice .

Well, it's at a good location but getting used to traffic takes time. According to my sons, it's a good location and satisfied with it's appearance with buildings and trees.
