Actually, it’s very unattractive. Dead tree in my culdesac. Leaves are everywhere. All the do is blw them. No one ever bags them. So a breeze just keeps blowing them around. The AC units have no landscape around them just 4 big ugly units sitting outside my FRONT door. It has been disappointing to say the least.

I have lived at Crescent Pointe for a few months now, and I have absolutely no complaints. As a graduate student, I really enjoy how the apartment community is structured - there's a lot of families, young professionals, and some older couples, all living in the same area. It's a very quiet area, and everyone is friendly! I love the fact that I can have my cats with me. I've never need maintenance to fix anything, but it's always easy to get in touch with the main office. When the whole complex needs to have work done (e.g., checking fire alarms), the maintenance workers are super respectful of the fact that I have cats in addition to also making sure I am alerted whenever people enter in and out of my apartment. The amenities are also super nice!

I have lived here for the last three months and so far everything is going well! The maintenance is on schedule with everything around the complex and they are quick to fix emergency problems. The staff, overall, is very nice and provides me with the help I need. However, when I was applying for an application to live here, there were many problems with communicating clearly with the staff what we were looking for. Other than that, the apartment is in a great location that is close to shopping, food, entertainment, and more. Also, the parking is great, I never struggle to find an open space, ammenties are also a great factor of this complex.

I've lived at these apartments for two years and have really enjoyed it. It is a quiet place to live which is what I was looking for. The complex is very well taken care of - lawns/trees/etc. are cared for regularly, entryways are cleaned regularly, and maintenance is always extremely responsive. The apartments are spacious with large windows that let in a lot of natural light which is great. There is also a small park behind the property and well maintained sidewalks through the entire neighborhood which are great for going on walks to enjoy the area. I would highly recommend Crescent Pointe Apartments to anyone considering living here.
