I don't hate living here.
I have lived here for 1 year now. When I first moved in, I had no issues, here recently I've had a hard time with work orders and communication. The worst it was, was during Hurricane Beryl. We NEVER saw maintenance or the office staff trying to clean up. residents had to board up their own windows and clean up glass. I've never lived in a complex that didn't help residents board up the property in instances like this. I know of 3 apartments that had at least 1 window be broken in the storm. I was lucky enough to not be one of them. I had to clean up glass off the sidewalk to avoid myself, my dogs, or the complex kids getting injured. There's STILL windows boarded up and not replaced. When the staff LIVE on-site we should've at least SEEN them out taking damage notes. I don't expect them to be out doing major repairs that require electricity as we didn't have electricity for a week. Residents shouldn't have to do maintenance work on their own. Things were great with just Estella, the issues didn't start for me until the new office manager started.
