Affinity At Cedar Park 55+

I have been a resident at Affinity aka Soléa since they opened in 2016. Then 2018. The location is perfect! Lots of dog parks. Csn not ask for more!

5+ years and enjoying the people and location to Austin and most events is great.

I have lived here for 3 months. The apartment is located in a great area. It is very convenient to a lot of shopping mall and places to eat. Also close to a lot of parks. What i like is that is very clean and the people are very friendly. I really enjoy the large bathroom especially the shower. Yes i would highly recommend this residential apartment. They also offer a lot of activities.

It''s. always sad to leave a home where you have been living in for many years and the friends that you have made over those years...but you do what you feel is necessary for family. I will say that there are things over the past few months that I noticed that Affinity needed to be aware of (and may have already considered), the ceiling outside Elevator 3 on the 2nd floor is not maintained, hallways are too dim and do not feel safe to me, the pool isn't maintained appropriately...things like this. I love the Management Team!

We have lived here for seven years. We enjoy the layout of the apartment and the view of the courtyard and swimming pool. We rent a garage unit that is very nice. We also rent a storage unit that is across the hall from our front door. Everything is convenient. The club house is large and efficient. We have reserved the use for private parties on several occasions. Everyone feels comfortable. The range of activities provided each month by Apartment Life is wonderful. We only participate in a few of them because our life is full of activities beyond Affinity. We recommend this place to anyone 55+.
