I have had the pleasure of calling Midtown Cedar Hill Apartments my home for the past fourteen (14) months, and I can confidently say that it has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I knew this was more than just an apartment complex—it's a community that fosters a sense of belonging and comfort. One of the standout features of Midtown Cedar Hill is its meticulously maintained grounds. The landscaping is always immaculate, with lush greenery and vibrant flowers that create a serene atmosphere. It's evident that the management takes great pride in ensuring that the outdoor spaces are not just beautiful but also inviting for residents to enjoy. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and design. The layout is spacious and well-thought-out, with modern finishes and amenities that make everyday living a pleasure. The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample storage space. The bedrooms are cozy retreats, and the living area is perfect for entertaining guests or simply unwinding after a long day. One aspect that truly sets Midtown Cedar Hill apart is its sense of community. The residents here are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inclusive environment. There are frequent social events organized by the management, allowing residents to connect and build relationships. Whether it's a BBQ by the pool or a movie night in the clubhouse, these events enhance the overall living experience and make you feel like you're part of a close-knit community. Speaking of amenities, Midtown Cedar Hill has everything you could ask for and more. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern exercise equipment, making it convenient to stay active without having to leave the property. The pool area is like a resort oasis, perfect for relaxing on sunny days or hosting poolside gatherings with friends and family.

I have lived here for about 3-4 years. I moved form a third floor unit to a first floor unit. The process was seamless and the management was very thorough with the process. Complex is very quiet and clean. Maintenance is readily available and groundskeeper keeps the complex clean. No issues with receiving packages and complex is secure as gate is for the most part working outside of normal maintenance. And if gate was broken it was immediately fixed.

Outstanding Apartments! Location Location Location!

I've enjoyed the experience of living here the past 4 & 1/2 years, for the most part. It was a major letdown to me last year when I reserved the community rec area for my birthday celebration, & the pool remained out of use for the entire week leading up to my reservation & was conveniently repaired the following Monday. I was not even given a discount on the rental of the space. Very disappointing. Otherwise a good place to live. Quiet, and maintenance team is very dependable and respectful of my space.
