This place is gray is very bright and colorful it is extremely secure it has a keyless entry into the apartment complex in which I truly love I only wish this apartment complex had a cleaning service like housekeeping or something in house it will be great other than that this place was great

So far we have loved living here! I only wish valet trash came more often and the street noise wasn't so loud in our unit.

The staff and maintenance team are great. The noise is fine, never had any issues with any residents. Amenities and parking are very bad. I have friends that live in other cities for luxury apartments, whether it be Frisco, Plano, Richardson etc, and they pay less with much better amenities. The parking is not very good. I think the value overall is about 3.5/5. But again, I will say the staff and anyone working here is great. Also, the location to be virtually in the middle of many things, or also relatively close to other things is pretty nice. I think with the culture of so many people working from home these days, the amenities lacking really hits harder.
