Pros: good rent pricing, dog-friendly, people in community friendly, nice location on golf course. Cons: 1. Condition of town home at move in- I was missing dryer connections, no garage door opener, stairwell light broken, cabinet door missing, and dishwasher not properly installed. Later my shower faucet stopped working, and it took weeks to get someone out. You basically have to catch a maintenance person as they are out and ask them to fix something to get anything done in a timely manner. Some of these took months to fix. I heard horror stories from other residents that were much worse than mine about mold, etc. 2. The gate in the second phase was active for 2 months, but always open outside of that. The sports center in the 2nd phase was never open the year I lived there. 3. Dog poop. The bag stations aren't refilled and hardly anyone, including staff, picks up the poop. 4. Maintenance requests are ignored for months until they bring in a team to do all the back-up requests, but they are not prioritized as to what's most important. These are all old units that have been painted or have new appliances installed, so they look newer. So many things are falling apart. 5. Property Management - they are constantly turning over to new management companies, which is the excuse they use as to why things were bad and will get better. It doesn't happen. I don't think the owner cares to actually improve the situation. I don't know many people who stay beyond a year. My experience with (now old) management was that they wouldn't return calls and were rude when you walked in. The new management company was announced by a flyer on the door and and automatic shutdown of the resident portal, so you couldn't pay rent or request maintenance. It had to be done in office. Not a good transition. 6. Most positive reviews are based on showing experiences. When I toured, I was asked to provide a good review here, which I did because the lady was so sweet.
