I've lived here almost a year. Handicapped parking is hard to find sometimes. It is very quiet for an apt complex. Kept well for a complex this large. I love the pool and gym. I question the value as now I have seen some a little bigger but same price. The office staff has been very helpful when we have had an issue and so has maintenance.

While it does feel relatively safe here dor the most part, i don't like certain aspects about how far i have to park if i get home late. im not going to point out flaws that would invite unnecessary criminal behavior, but definitely some changes need to be made. Oh and the new contracts for leases basically force you into leaving or signing a full term 12 month lease. 5,150 dollars A MONTH if you decide not to sign a lease while you look for a place should be flat out illegal... Even 3-5 months is like 3,200+ a month... The women in the office seem to be pretty nice though.
