It’s ok just needs better pricing

Good location, nice place , however apartments too old and tgey constant need maintenance. The maintenance takes a long time to gwt here aswell. The prince its too high for the apartment’s condition. You also need to pay extra to yse the amenities which you shouldn’t have since you should pay it with your monthly payments that again its too high. The apartments do not have any elevators so a wheelchair bond friend will not be able to access your apartment if you have friends with a handicap disability.

Good but not Disability Friendly

The pool it’s always closed, very old appliances, kinda pricy for the remodels if there is any. The apartment needs better maintenance and remodeling. The main doors do not have cameras in each apartment. Good Managers except that they sometimes change their mind about prices or deals, makes sure you keep your receipts and contract handy to avoid additional unnecessary charges. Overall good but needs more maintenance and security. Noise lever is good considering that it’s very well located. There are no elevators so wheelchairs or mobile limited guests or visitors are not able to access 2nd floor if they live/visit a tenants. Not much parking and not enough space for wheelchair dissemble.
